Standard Reports Quick Guide
Running Standard Reports
Most standard Reports have the option to impute a date range. However, if you do not see this option that means this report can only be run for today’s date. Standard reports cannot be modified. If you need a report that doesn’t appear here, please make my report or request assistance from OrderPort support. Standard reports should be run in 3-month intervals. Please contact OrderPort support for additional assistance.
Wine Club Reports
These Reports should be used to review all wine club sales and which wine club order you have received payment on.
Sales Reports
These reports go over all of the winery's sales. The most commonly used reports included the master sales, Business summary, and reconciliation reports. These reports help you with general accounting.
Compliance Reports
These reports help with all things compliance. They included everything from Inventory to sales tax.
Daily Reports
These reports are used for daily reporting. They are broken down by the Point of sale, webstore, and admin cart orders.
Marketing Reports
These reports can be exported to the marketing module and can be used to send customized campaigns to a specific group of customers.
Shipping Reports
These reports can be used to get information on past, current, and future shipping orders.
Other Reports
These reports cover things not included in the other categories but are still very helpful. The most commonly used reports are Customer accounts, and unpaid orders.
