How do I change the Ship From Location?

In this instance an order will need to be edited through the “Enter Orders” window (Products > Enter Orders).  In the Customer Service module, search the order that needs to be edited and open the details.  On this page there will be a drop-down menu showing different locations.   Changing the location in this way will not change the actual ship from location; this will only reflect on the order details itself.

To ensure that the order's ship from location is correct, choose the Edit Order option from the Select drop down menu in the upper right-hand corner.  This will open the order in the Enter Orders window.  On the checkout page of this window, select the ship from location and then hit complete transaction at the bottom of the page.  The customer will not be charged again unless more items were added to the cart.  

Once this is complete, the order will be updated in the system to reflect the new ship from location, and the customer will receive notification of the change.
