WorldPay AccessIQ guide
Attached are two documents supplied by WorldPay to help you with the new AccessIQ portal and a word document on how deposits are being handled for your account. If you are still experiencing any trouble with the portal, you can call the IQ Portal (WorldPay) at 866-435-3636, or the new WorldPay support at 800-846-4472.
WorldPay created a training video guide that can help you with the new portal as well if you are having trouble with the Vantiv system. The link below is their video tutorial for the Vantiv system.
