All of these reports give you the option to view them in the browser or export the information to excel. You will get more information if you export them to excel.
Wine Club Membership by month
This report is a general summary of what happened with your wine clubs broken down by month. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club over the years. This is a good report for comparing sign-ups by month and across the clubs.
Wine Club Credit Card Expirations
This report gives you a list of all your wine club members whose cards are expiring within the current or past years. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club. You can also break this down by a date range. This report is good for seeing which members you will need to contact this year for card expirations.
Club Member Activity Report
This report gives you a breakdown of every action that happened to your club members in the selected time period including joining, switching memberships, and canceling. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club. You can also break this down by a date range and whether or not to include on-hold members.
Member Report
This report gives you general information about all of your club members. Exporting this report to excel gives you lots more information than showing it in the browser. You can choose if you would like to include canceled members when you export this report to excel.
Member Report On Hold
This report breaks down which of your wine club members are currently on hold and there on hold to date.
Gift Member Report
This report breaks down which of your wine club members have a gifted membership and who gifted them that membership.
Wine Club Carts Report
This is the only available report that can see active wine club carts. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club. You can also choose to only look at failed carts. This report cannot be pulled after step 6 has been completed and before step 3 has been completed.
Tiered Case Club Report
This report gives you a breakdown of all your tired case club members' status as club members. It will show you their minimum purchase requirement and their current bottle count for this year. As well as the last time they were upgraded and when they joined the club.
Subscription Club Report
This report gives you a breakdown of all your subscription club members' status as club members. It breaks down their current balance and when their next payment is due. In addition, it gives you their next renewal date and how long they have been a member.
Subscription Renewals Report
This report breaks down how the last renewal went and gives you all the customers whose cards declined.
Annual Club Report
This report gives you a breakdown of all your annual club members' status as club members. It breaks down their renewal dates and how long they have been a member since.
Waiting list Report
This report gives you a summary of all of the customers who have been placed on your club's waitlist. The report gives you the option to select which clubs you would like to view the waitlist for.
Club notes Report
This report gives you a breakdown of all the notes your club members have attached to the account for a certain period of time. You can choose to run this report for all your clubs or just one club.
Allocation Report
This report gives you a breakdown of all your allocation club members' status as club members. This report makes you select a specific release so you can see which members chose to participate and if they are eligible to be upgraded.
Multiple Membership Report
This report gives you a summary of all of your club members who have more than one club membership. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club.
Wishlist Report
This report will show you all the Wishlist items for a particular allocation club release.
Preference Report
This report gives you each club member's preferences if they have filled them out. You can choose to run this report for all your clubs or just one club.
