RedChirp is an SMS marketing tool that allows you to contact your customers through texts.
The OrderPort RedChirp integration allows you to automatically export all your customer and sales data from OrderPort into RedChirp. You can use this data to send campaigns, utilizing the full suite of texting tools in RedChirp.
Please note that the integration is one-way, meaning that OrderPort sends customer and sales data to RedChirp, but RedChirp does not send anything back.

Integration Cost
OrderPort does not charge anything for the integration. You will need to have a RedChirp account, which does have a cost. Please see RedChirp's website for more information.
Integration Setup
To set up the integration, please contact OrderPort Support and include the following in the request:
“[Name Of Winery] is aware that OrderPort Customer and Sales data will be shared with RedChirp when the integration is enabled.”
You will be assisted with the rest of the integration from there.
Adding RedChirp's Webchat to your OrderPort Webstore
RedChirp offers a Webchat feature which you can include directly onto your website as an easy way for customers to reach out.
To add RedChirp's webchat feature to your Orderport webstore, you will use the Webstore Designer. Go to OrderPort Admin -> Services -> Webstore Designer.
From here, click the Edit button at the top of the window, then go to the Analytics tab.
Next, you will need to copy and paste a script from RedChirp directly into the Body Top Scripts section. You can get the script here: https://app.redchirp.com/app/public/widget-pixel-code-instructions. Copy this script, then add it into the 'Body Top Scripts' section. Make sure to click Save and Publish.
After you complete this step, please inform RedChirp that you are using the Webchat feature on your webstore. The Webchat will not work until the feature is toggled from RedChirp's side.
Additional Troubleshooting
You can verify whether the Webchat feature is turned on in OrderPort by inspecting your webstore. To inspect the page, use Ctrl + Shift + i (MacOS: Cmd + Shift + i). Next, go to the Console tab. From here, if you see 'redchirp: pixel script start', the script is working properly.
If the first script is not working, you have two alternatives. Before trying one of these alternatives, remove the previous script if it's still there.
The following webpage from RedChirp provides you with a Google Tag Manager code, and some scripts: https://app.redchirp.com/app/public/widget-gtm-instructions.
To use the code, go back to the Analytics tab. Change the Provider to GoogleTagManager, then set the Tracking Id to the Id provided in the link above. It should start with "GTM". Make sure to click Save and Publish.
Alternatively, you can insert the two scripts provided in the link above. Add the first script in the Head Scripts, and the second script in the Body Top Scripts. Make sure to click Save and Publish.
