No, this integration is a oneway integration where OrderPort sends customer and sales data to RedChirp.
What is the cost for RedChirp?
The integration through OrderPort is Free. You will need to have a RedChirp Account which does have an associated fee.
How do I set up my RedChirp Integration?
Setting up your Integration would be done on the OrderPort side. Please send an Email to Traci@OrderPort.net to get this process started. Please include the following: “[Name Of Winery] is aware that OrderPort Customer and Sales data will be shared with RedChirp when the integration is enabled.”
How do I add RedChirp's webchat feature to my Orderport webstore?
To add RedChirp's webchat feature to your Orderport webstore, you will use the Webstore Designer module in Orderport Admin.
- Open the Webstore Designer > Click the 'Edit' button at the top of the modal > Open the 'Analytics' tab > In the 'Provider' menu, select 'GoogleTagManager' > In the 'Tracking Id' field, enter RedChirp's Google Tag Manager Container ID: GTM-TXPXJK2 > Click 'Save and Publish' > Close the Webstore Designer modal.
- After you have completed these steps, let RedChirp know so that they can activate the feature.
Click here to read the instructions as provided by RedChirp.
Please note: after you complete the steps above, you won't see any obvious changes to the webstore. The webchat will not go live until further action is taken by RedChirp inside the software. To check your work, inspect the web page and take a look at the console. You should see 'redchirp: pixel script start' before the feature has been toggled live. This is a helpful way to test your work right away.
If you have completed the steps above and the RedChirp pixel doesn't appear in your webstore's console, please reach out to the Orderport HelpDesk at helpdesk@orderport.net or call 206 - 464 - 1151.
