Why am I getting this error message "Wine shipping is restricted due to state laws?"
Check the Sales Tax & Licenses module, under State Licenses and be sure that you're within the start date and expiration date.
You should also check the shipping address in USPS, and make sure it is not ambiguous (i.e. more than one address comes up, or the state is under a different state that you have a license).
