Selected Shipping Method Unavailable
I am getting the following error message, how do I fix this?
Two things to check in regard to this error message:
- Product's Weight
Check the weight of the product in the Catalog Manager. You would need to add weight to have shipping available for this customer.
- Shipping Address
Does the customer have a valid shipping address?
Is there a blank address that was primarily set up when the customer created an account?
