How to make a released order back to "In Progress"?
On the Admin side, go to the Customer Service module and search for the Order. On the Select drop-down menu, select Edit order which opens up Admin Cart. On the Admin Cart window, close it out do not press Close without making changes (if you want your order to be back in Progress).
Afterwards, the order will appear as "In Progress". Pickup orders will have the Release button on Point of Sale and Shipping Orders would need to be manually marked as Release through Corrective Action in Customer Service or released through the Carrier in Fulfillment.
