How to “Unrelease” or “Reset” an order
If you need to change an order’s status from “Released” to “InProgress” in Admin, do the following:
1. Go to the "Customer Service" module
2. Search the order number
3. Click on the "Select" drop-down menu
4. Click on "Edit Order" (Note: No edits must be made to the order)
5. A pop-up should open showing the order
6. Click the "x" in the upper right or left hand corner of the pop-up that shows the order
7. Search the order number again
The order should now be yellow and say "in progress" instead of "released"
