When using other payment options like Apple Pay, In your iPhone, if you go to Wallet and pick a card you've used recently to make a payment using Apple Pay. Look at a transaction you've made recently - you'll see the same format for the "invoice".
All that info is generated by Apple and they are responsible for whatever is displayed in there, this does not come from OrderPort. Most of the time, if multiple businesses are registered at the same address (within apple maps), Apple might not be able to accurately display the information of the merchant.
