How do we know if an Order Failed?

In some cases, orders may not successfully transfer from OrderPort to Wineshipping. If you included your email address in the Wineshipping settings tab in OrderPort, you will receive an alert of any errors that occur. You can also check for errors in Export History tab of the Wineshipping module in OrderPort.

Why don't I see my order in Wineshipping's system?

If an order contains any products with a weight of zero, it will not be imported properly. Please be sure to have a non-zero weight in your products.
