- I created several orders for one of our Fulfillment Houses in Fort, but there is nothing that shows it's being processed.
Can I edit an Unreleased Fort Order?
The Fort Integration is not dynamic. If the Order has not yet been released by fort you can Recall the order and then edit the order.
- Recall the orders by going to OrderPort Admin > Fort Systems > Export History > find the order and select Recall.
- Then you can edit the order in OrderPort. Once you complete the edit, you must push the order to Fort again from OrderPort fulfillment.
Can I edit a Released Fort Order?
You will need to Contact your Warehouse and see if they have shipped the order. If they have not and will allow you to adjust the order, do so over the phone. Then you will need to update the order in OrderPort.
- Go to Admin > Customer Service > Open order details. Copy the tracking number of the order and keep it for later.
- Open the order for edit in admin cart, make the changes needed, and checkout.
- Go to Admin > Customer Service > Order Details > Corrective Action > Select “Mark as Released”, input the tracking number from Step #1 and press Continue.

When there is no indication of the orders being processed by Fort yet, and you do not see any response from the specific FF House in Fort, you should contact them directly with what stage they are in processing the order. OrderPort submits the orders to the Fulfillment House and has to wait until the FF house has retrieved the order for the status to be changed.
If you look at the “View Logs” you will be able to see a list of error/rejected messages once the FF house pulls the order through and then you can proceed to correct these as needed.

If you see that there is an active order in Fort that is not going through to fort/the status isn't changing and you have already contacted your FF House, the order may have been "Marked as Released" instead of being sent to Fort from the Fort carrier terminal in OrderPort Fulfillment. The way to correct this is to open the order for edit, go to checkout, scroll down and hit complete. This will bring the order back into the Fort carrier terminal where you can "Send to FF House."
