What is the Paytronix Integration?

OrderPort has created an integration with Paytronix to ensure your customers can continue to enjoy and earn benefits.


If you have your OrderPort account integrated, customers will earn loyalty points that can be redeemed at businesses in your loyalty network. 


Enabling the Module 

Once you have created an account with Paytronix, contact helpdesk@orderport.net to enable the Paytronix module and add it to your plan.  


Once the module is enabled, you will find it under the Integrations tab in OrderPort Admin.  


Configuration 

On the Configuration tab, enter your credentials to implement the integration.  A Username and Password will be provided by your Paytronix account, as well as a Merchant ID, Card Template Code, and a Domain.  Enter in the credentials and then toggle the enabled button to Yes.  Next, toggle the Award Points button to Yes.    


In your Paytronix account, you will decide which products qualify for point accrual.  You can decide whether you want to have OrderPort look at SKU or Part Number to check for accrual eligibility.  Toggle the Product ID button to your preference.


Once each credential is set up, click Test Connection to check that the integration has been completed.  If you receive an error, check your credentials and reenter them.   

  



Stores

On the Stores tab, there will be a list of stores in your Paytronix network.  Each represents a store at which your customers can earn loyalty Points.  This information is getting pulled from your Paytronix account. Whenever you add a remove a store from your account, this will be updated in the module.  


You will enter a Store Code for each unique location in your network. These will be provided by the partner company.  Make sure to save any changes you make to codes before leaving this page.
