Setting up Email Marketing/Verifying Domain 

How do I set up my email marketing tool to send campaigns? 

To use the email tools, you will need to verify your domain. To verify your domain, you will need to log into your domain registrar account and add the following records:

TXT Records:

Hostname:

Value: 

Hostname: 

Value: 

CNAME Record:

Hostname: 

Value: mailgun.org

You can contact our support line or send in a ticket to helpdesk@orderport.net and we can help provide this information. If you are unsure of how to add these records, whoever set up your website will know how to do this.

 

How do I find additional resources with my domain host?

Google "How do I verify my domain with [Domain Provider Name]?" and then follow the documentation or reach out to their help center. Be sure you are verifying your domain in your email provider. In some cases, it's different from your website's domain.

If you reach out to their help center, you will need to include the information inside the red box. Copy and paste into your email to your domain provider.

Go to Admin > Marketing >  Settings > Copy the Setup Information as it's specific to each winery.
