Can I choose who will receive email notifications (BCC)?
To receive email notifications:
In the Marketing Module click on Notifications. Select any email notification and click on Edit. When the Alert opens look for the BCC option on the right side of the screen. All your users will be available to select from there.
If your users are not receiving alerts:
If everything is setup correctly, the issue would be the email's service provider. They need to setup a rule that will allow emails coming from their email to OrderPort.
