Dashboard

- After opening the marketing module, you will be placed on the dashboard page. This page gives you an overview of recent activity on your account. 

 

Notifications

- All customers in OrderPort have access to automatic email notifications. There are 48 notifications in total.

-These notifications can be customized on this page by selecting the edit button next to the desired notification.

-Once you are in a notification there is a gray banner telling you when this notification is sent. If you do not want a notification to be sent from a specific location select the Suppression box. 

-Notifications have the option to set up a theme or header and footer for the notifications. You can set as many of these as you want, you will need to select the desired header and footer on each notification. These will be located under the Design tab.

 

Designs

- Designs are the body of email marketing campaigns. On this page you can clone, edit, or create new designs. 

-After selecting add new design you must select a template. After selecting the template, you can add text and images to your design. Use the Design 2.0 guide for reference. 

 

Email

- If you use OrderPort’s email marketing this is where you will manage your campaigns, designs, and lists.

Campaigns are emails sent using OrderPort to your customers for marketing.

Lists are how you decide who will be receiving a campaign. Some of these are prebuilt for you including the subscription list. These are people who have signed up for the mailing list. 

-When creating or editing a list in marketing 2.0 you have access to the tags feature. This allows you to create a custom list based on things like product purchases, order revenue, wine club sign-up date, and more.

 

Settings

- If you are using email marketing you will want to make sure your domain is verified. On this screen, you can view the information you need to input into your DNS records.

-For more information on how to do this, reach out to your domain provider.
