Dashboard

- On the Dashboard page the first tab you will see is the overview. This gives you so information about your year-to-date sales in comparison to your previous year-to-date sales.

-On the overview tab there is a settings button. This allows you to change the filter being applied to the dashboard reports and the colors used in the graphs. 

-The Monthly and Daily tabs do the same things for the specified time periods. 

 

Standard Reports

- Standard reports are broken down into seven categories. Please note the reports here cannot be changed or edited in any way. 

-At the top of each page there is a batch setting where you can set a period for the whole category in case you are running multiple reports for the same time period. 

 

Wine Club Reports – These reports pull sales and payment data for your wine club release. For more wine club reports visit the wine club module. 

 

Sales Reports – These reports pull sales data for the winery. The most commonly used reports are the Business Summary, Master Sales, and Product Sales summary reports.

 

Compliance Reports - These reports are here to help you manage your compliance with things like sales tax, state licenses, and inventory. 

 

Daily Reports – These reports help you see your daily sales for each sale source. Ex: POS, Webstore, Admin.

 

Marketing Reports – These reports are here to help with marketing. They pull customer email addresses that can be directly exported to the marketing module.

 

Shipping Reports – These reports let you see the current status of your shipping orders.

 

Other Reports – These are other reports OrderPort has created.

 

My Reports

- If after reviewing the standard reports you have not found the data you are looking for you can use my reports to create a custom report.

-After creating a report you can save that report for later so you can use it in the future.

1. Select New Report

2. Choose a template, each template has different fields it can pull in.

3. Click on report parameters and add the desired information.

4. Select interval and interval mode. Then select View Report.

5. Select Save Report as a template if you want to save this report for later.
