- The Home Page offers you a brief summary of your wine club stats and recent activity.
Wine Clubs
- This Page offers you a List of all your clubs and breaks down some of the basic information about Discounts, club type, Number of members, waitlist, and the date of the last club release.
-Click on the name of the club to access the edit club tab. Here you can adjust all the settings on the club from discounts to the description displayed on the webstore and more.
Club Release
- This tab allows you to quickly see all current and previously processed club releases.
-To edit an existing release, click on + sign next to the name of the club release, then select the build you wish to see.

Club Release steps
1. Select Members (Choose which members will be included in this build, use the filters)
2. Select Products (For Winemaker select clubs choose your bottles)
3. Calculate Shipping (Select a shipping method, this is required for builds with only pick-up members as well)
4. Create email Message (After designing your campaign in the marketing module select the design from the drop-down)
5. Edit Order (Edit customers’ orders)
6. Process Build (Create orders and authorize credit cards)
Customers
-This tab allows you to quickly see all current wine club members and some basic info about them.
-Click on the name of a Club member you want to access to edit any of this information.
Reports
-This tab on the left-hand side has an assortment of Reports about Wine club memberships and Wine Club releases.
-On the right-hand side there are two auto-generated graphs showing the number of Club memberships and Club shipments for the Top Clubs.
