What is Fulfillment?

- The fulfillment model is used to capture funds on orders and create shipping labels to release an order.

-Webstore, wine club, and enter orders are authorized at check out, but funds are not captured.

-If you are using a third-party shipping system, the fulfillment module will be used to send order information to your warehouse.

Viewing Orders in Fulfillment

- Use the search filter to easily navigate to a specific order, make sure to switch between the order breakdown to find the correct order.

To Import: orders that have been made through the webstore, wine club module, or admin cart waiting to be fulfilled.

In Session: orders that are being edited prior to being fulfilled. Will also include backorders and orders that declined during the fulfillment process.

-Orders will be populated at the bottom of the page if they need to be fulfilled. If an order is highlighted in blue that means that it is a custom wine club order.

Capturing Funds

- When you are ready to capture funds select the checkbox next to the order in the orders list and click the blue next button. You can select multiple orders at once.

1. Once you do this you will be asked to print pick lists, packing slips, and receipts if needed. Once you are done select Continue.

2. Next you will need to select the populated carrier terminals to send the orders to. If you are fulfilling for different carriers you will need to select all. ex: Will Call (Pick up), FedEx, Ups.

3. Once funds have been captured navigate to the fulfillment home to release the orders.

Carrier Terminals

- After funds have been captured orders will be populated into their associated carrier terminals.

1. Select the terminal you wish to release orders from. Ex. Pick Up, FedEx, Third-Party.

2. Select the checkbox next to the order you want to release, if this is a shipping order for a non-third-party company it will generate a shipping label and release the order.

3. If it is a third-party shipper the order will be sent to that shipper's software.
