Searching for a Customer

-The first thing you need to do when trying to create an order is select a customer. Click on the customer field and start typing the customer’s name or customer number.

-If you want to create an order for someone who is not already, and a member selects the want button fill out the necessary information.

 

Adding Products 

- After selecting a customer, you can now add products to their order. Use the filters in the search products field to find what product you are looking for. 

-Click Add to Cart on the desired product. To add multiple of a product you should change the Qty before selecting add to cart.

- Once a Product has been added it will be highlighted green and will stay in the search results box even if you are looking for a different product. This lets you know exactly what is in your cart.

 

Need Shipping

- The Need shipping box by default is enabled. If you do not want to ship this order simply unselect “Need Shipping?” before clicking checkout.

-You can always change this once you are on the checkout screen.

 

Checkout

-On the checkout screen you should verify that the billing address and if necessary, shipping address are correct. If not select Change address to update them.

-If you are shipping the order, make sure to set the correct Ship from location and future ship date if necessary.

-Discounts will automatically apply as soon as you are on the checkout screen. If you need to add an additional discount do so in the Promo Code, Coupon Code, or Custom Discount box.

-Make sure to verify that the final price is correct and then select a payment option.

-You can not do split payments in entering orders.

 

Checkout

-Before Hitting complete you have the option to not send the Thank you for your order email or backdate this order.

-Once you hit complete continue to fulfillment to fully process the transaction.

Errors

-All errors will appear at the top of the screen in a red box with a description of the problem. Contact helpdesk@ordeport.net if you need assistance.
