Manage Warehouses

- On this page, you can see all of your warehouse/tasting room locations. If something is marked as a tasting room, you can see so on this screen. You can also find your default ship location or change it accordingly. 

Warehouse Info

- Here you can edit technical information about an inventory location including address, if you allow pick-up orders, timecards, and if it should be treated like a tasting room or restaurant location. 

Inventory

- This tab will show you a breakdown of all of your inventory for a certain Location. Use the search filters to find your products. 

-While on this page there are three main tasks you can perform.

Adjustments Allow you to add or subtract inventory as needed. Keep in mind that the total inventory count is broken up. To initiate an adjustment, enter the number you mathematically (if you need to subtract enter a negative value) into the adjustment field. Add a reason and save changes.

Transfers Allow you to move inventory between locations. Use the Operations field to select the inventory transfer option.    

 

Task Center

- The Task center is where management can create transfer requests and acknowledge that the transfers have been received in part or in full.

-Pending requests will display in white, and completed requests will display in green.

Physical Inventory 

- If your winery is using the physical inventory tool at the Point of Sale, you can use this tab to approve updates to the inventory numbers.

-If there is a discrepancy between the physical inventory report and the inventory listed there will be a correction field for you to make adjustments accordingly. 

Inventory Labels

Committed: This Inventory is part of an order that hasn't been paid for. For example, Pay at Pick up and order in someone’s webstore cart before checkout.

Sold but not Shipped: This Inventory is part of an order that is paid for but not released.

On hand: This Inventory is available for purchase.
