POS Transaction Types Reference Card

Standard Transaction

1. Once you are ready to checkout select the desired payment method

2. Enter in the necessary transaction information 

3. Choose a receipt type.

 

Split evenly Transaction.

1. Once you are ready to checkout select the orange split payment button. Choose to split evenly.

2. Click the gray Add a Ticket button until the desired number of splits has been applied.

3. Select edit or pay this ticket to make a manual price adjustment or pay off that ticket.

4. If you need to refund a split you can click the red refund button after the payment has been completed on that split.

5. Once all splits have been paid the order will automatically close.

 

Tab Transaction

1. After at least one product has been added to the cart, you can start a tab at checkout.

2. Go back to the shop screen and add more products.

3. When you are ready to checkout select the Close Tab button.

4. If you use a card, it will ask you if you want to close with the same card. If not select a different payment method.

 

Split By Guest Transaction

1. This Payment method requires you to use the guest feature and products have been divided amongst the guests on the shop screen.

2. Once you are ready to checkout select the orange split payment button. Choose to split between guests.

3. You will see a purple box populated at the top for each guest with their total amount owed.

4. Tap and hold on to a guest ticket to merge guests or assign a customer to the ticket.

5. Tap and hold on to a product to assign it to a different customer or split the cost between guests. 

6. Select the desired guest, their box will turn black, and then select a payment method.

7. Once all splits have been paid the order will automatically close.

 

Work Order

1. Select a customer with an account and click start. Then click the blue work order button.

2. Add products to the cart and either save for later or make a deposit by selecting a payment method. Once payment is taken hit save for later.

3. You can come back to the order as many times as you like and add more products and payments.

4. Once payment is fully completed. Hit the 0.00 close button.
