Customer Accounts
- The customer accounts page allows you to search for specific customers or view a list of all customer accounts in your winery.
- Use the filters to find your desired customer, make sure to hit the green search/refresh button when any changes are made to the filter.
- If you need to create a new customer, select the Create Account button on the right side under the search filter.
Details
- To view more information, select the details button next to the desired account.
- This page is broken up into multiple tabs allowing you to view and edit a variety of information.
-Under the account details section, you can see the customer's login information. If you need to change their password, use the green change password button. If you need to change their email/username this is the one associated with the primary billing address and it will need to be adjusted accordingly.
-On the Order History tab you can view all your customer's orders and PDF invoices
-The Emails tab allows you to add additional emails to this account. Ex: Wife’s email.
-Email Logs show you every email received broken down by campaign or notifications.
Customer Class
- On this page, you can view all your existing customer classes.
- If you need to edit a customer select the edit button next to that class, it will be filled into the customer class details box at the top of the screen. Make sure to save changes.
- If you want to add a new class that is not a wine club do so by filling out the blank Customer Class details field. For adding a wine club use the wine club module.
- If you are using the Free Tasting tracker, this is where you set up how many allotted tastings there are for each customer class.
Settings
- The Settings tab is where you adjust the required settings for customer accounts.
- OrderPort requires at least First name, Last name, and email on the Billing address.
- You can also add additional countries that you wish to ship to, you will need to set up your license for that country in the Sales tax and Licensing module as well.
