Merge Accounts & Assign Orders
Who can complete a merge/assign?
This is an OrderPort employee-only feature. Please call or create a ticket with the accounts/orders you want us to update. Please keep in mind that all merges are final so make sure you have the correct account numbers.
Merge Requirements
If you need to merge customer accounts please check if they have member account funds. If the secondary customer account has on hold funds those must be entirely resolved before the merge is initiated.
Example Merge Email
Hello,
Please Merge account 1001 with account 2345 and make 2345 the primary account.
Example Assign Order Email
Hello,
Please assign orders 3456,3457.3458 to customer account 1001.
