This Report has three main ways it can be filtered. The First is deciding if you want a summary or Detail report.
The summary provided you with the tip amount and the location of the sale.
The Details Option breaks down the tip amount by each order and location.
Next, you can choose to Filter by a Specific location and or Sales Rep.

This Section shows you the Total Tips for each individual rep as well as the Overall Tips received by each location and a Grand Total.
