How to Read Wine Club Reports
How to know which Report I need?
When Selecting a Wine club report, it is important to know what information you are looking for. Many of the reports have similar information so there may be multiple ways to get the information you are looking for. Please Review this document for a basic understanding of each report.
The Most Common Reports
The Most Commonly used wine club reports include:
-Club Member Activity Report
-Member Report
-Wine Club Carts Report
-Club Notes Report
-Multiple Membership Report
-Wine Club Membership by Month
-Wine Club Credit Card Expirations.
Club Member Activity Report
Overview: The Club Member Activity Report is used for tracking club joins, cancellations, and switching between clubs. The report can also be used to track which sales rep signed the members up for the club.
Filter:
-You can filter this report by year or date range.
-You can look at one Wine club or all Wine Clubs.
-You can include on-hold members or exclude them.
In Browser Report: The browser doesn’t show as much information such as Sales Rep but is used for a quick look at recent club joins and cancellations. It’s a simple view with the intention of a quick look.
In Excel Report: For more information export to Excel.
Member Report
This report gives you general information about all of your club members. Exporting this report to Excel gives you lots more information than showing it in the browser. You can choose if you would like to include canceled members when you export this report to Excel.
In Browser Report: This section Provides you with the name of the customer, their email, and what club they are in. It also Provided you with address information, their delivery method, and when they signed up for the club.
If you open the report in Browser, it also provides a search feature, to help you find the customer you are looking for.
In Excel Report: In addition to all the fields displayed in the browser report this report includes the Shipping address, preferred pick-up location, Preferred Shipping method, Payment Method, Card on File information, the sales rep that signed them up, and their Total Customer Value.
Wine Club Carts Report
This is the only available report that can see active wine club carts. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club. You can also choose to only look at failed carts and Custom Carts. This report cannot be pulled after step 6 has been completed and before step 3 has been completed.
In Browser Report: This Report provides you with the name of the customer, their email address and what club they are in. It also tells you if the order has been customized, what is in the order, and the total revenue broken down by item total, Order Tax, and shipping cost.
In Excel Report: In addition to all the fields displayed in the browser report this report includes Shipping address, and a Report summary that shows you how many of each bottle needs to be set aside.
Club Notes Report
This report gives you a breakdown of all the notes your club members have attached to the account for a certain period of time. You can choose to run this report for all your clubs or just one club.
Multiple Membership Report
This report gives you a summary of all of your club members who have more than one club membership. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club. This Report also displays if the customers have previously had multiple memberships and displays them as inactive memberships.
Wine Club Membership by Month
This report is a general summary of what happened with your wine clubs broken down by month. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club over the years. This is a good report for comparing sign-ups by month and across the clubs.
This Report is broken up into columns by Wine club and Club name. It then Provided the number of new members, Members who switched clubs, and canceled. There is also a section for the number of club releases and wine club orders created in the selected month.
Wine Club Credit Card Expirations
This report gives you a list of all your wine club members whose cards are expiring within the current or past years. You can choose to run this report for all of your clubs or just one club. You can also break this down by a date range. This report is good for seeing which members you will need to contact this year for card expirations.
This Report Shows you the name of the customer, what wine club they are in, their contact information, and the card that is expiring in the selected time frame.
