Payment Accounts
- This page shows you all Card Present and Card Not Present accounts you have registered with OrderPort.
- If an account is not enabled then that means this account is inactive for some reason.
Accepted Credit Cards
- OrderPort allows you to select which card brands you will accept on the webstore.
- OrderPort does not have any way to restrict card types on the Point of Sale and it will be up to your associates to know if you don’t accept certain card types.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Here you can adjust what forms of payment you will accept on the Webstore, Point of Sale, and Wine Club modules.
-Click on the dropdown for each category to select which payment methods you would like to turn on. Make sure to save changes at the bottom of the screen.
-There is a checkbox for required password confirmation for Card on File and Member account sales on the webstore. Turn this on if you want an additional level of security on the webstore.
Payment Terms
- If you use purchase orders or need to set up payment terms you can do so here.
- Payment terms allow you to set how many days a person Is supposed to pay you within if you are providing them products in advance of payment being received.
Other Payment Methods
- If there is a payment method you wish to take that OrderPort does not monitor you can do so here. You can also set up where you will accept this payment method.
