The OrderPort webstore offers a terms of use section. For compliance purposes, your webstore must display a 'Terms of Use' statement. These terms will appear when a customer places an order or books a reservation on the webstore. Please Note: This is differnt from your wine club terms of use section.
Customizing text for Terms of Use page
Log on to OrderPort Admin > Services > Open the 'Webstore Designer' module. If you do not have access to the Webstore Designer module, please contact your admin to update your user access. You can also call 206-464-1151 to receive assistance from the OrderPort Helpdesk.
Open the Webstore Designer module. Click on the 'Terms of Use' folder tab on the left. Then, click the 'Edit' button at the top of the window. On the right, click 'Zones' and then select 'ColumnLeft - Op Text'
Add your terms of use statement to the main text box. Once completed, click the 'Save and Publish' button on the top left. After the Terms of Use text is updated, below are the steps to enable the Cookie Consent banner.

**Delivery Policies**
Wine purchased through our website is sold within Your State, and ownership transfers to you, the buyer, in Your State. By placing an order, you authorize us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that both you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
**Return and Refund Policies**
Your Winery Name guarantees the highest quality for all our wines. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of the purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
