Account Module Quick Guide
Company Info
This tab contains your company name, address and primary contact information that OrderPort staff can reach you at. You can also decide whether to enable the following tools: CAPTCHA, SSL, Abandoned Cart Emails and Cookie Consent Banners.
CAPTCHA is a program that distinguishes human users from bots. It screens for spam to keep your website data secure.
SSL stands for “Secure Sockets Layer”. It establishes an encrypted link between a web server and a browser ensuring that all data remains private. OrderPort already uses secure and encrypted links on pages that have personal data, but if you would like every page of your webstore to have this feature (“https://” versus “http://”), check this box.
Service Plan
This tab provide information on your current plan with OrderPort. It will show what tools are part of your plan, and what your winery currently pays for each month. If you have questions about changing your plan, contact
OrderPort’s billing department.
Invoices
This tab is where you can obtain monthly pdf invoices. These invoices can be referred to if you need to know what you were billed for during a particular month.
Card On File
If your business pays your monthly invoices with a credit card each month, this tab is where you can verify the card on file that is being charged.
This is also where you can update your payment information if your credit card changes. If you need to update the billing address please reach out to Traci@orderport.net with the updated address.
Notes
This tab will contain service notes regarding your account. They will be used by OrderPort to keep track of communications between your business and support staff.
