Why can't I edit a gift card order?
A customer ordered a Gift Card online, and I can't edit the order to make changes.
Gift Card orders are a different type of order in that the gift cards get assigned when the order is placed and can’t be tampered with in the same way wine products would be. In this scenario, you will need to cancel/refund the order and create a new one if there are extensive changes that need to be done.
