What is a phishing scam and what do I do if I receive one?

Do NOT click on the links contained in these emails.   If ever in doubt, please contact us.   If ever in doubt, you should go directly to the website in question and not use the link in an email.

Note:  A phishing scam is one where you receive an email which looks legitimate and contains a request for you to update your account information or something similar.   If you click on the link, it will take you to a fake webpage where you would enter your userID and password.  If you enter this information, they will steal it and access your accounts themselves.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at support@orderport.net or call us at 206-464-1151.  If you call and we are not available, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
