Enterprise

The enterprise module is where wineries with multiple webstores manage which of their webstore groups and wine clubs display on each of their webstores. If you are interested in adding an additional webstore to your account, please email helpdesk@orderport.net

Web Stores Tab

The enterprise module can be found under the Settings tab. Once you access it, you will be directed to the Webstores page. Here, you can view the Friendly Name for each webstore, along with its URL and whether the store is enabled. To see the details of each webstore, click the green "View/Edit" button. Once you open a webstore in Enterprise, you will find four tabs: Webstore Info, Catalog Groups, Wine Club, and Reservations.

Web Store Info

On this page, you can change the webstore's friendly name, entity, ship-from location, and whether the webstore is enabled.

The friendly name is what appears on the internet tab when your site is open.

Catalog Groups

Here you can choose which catalog manager groups will be active on this webstore, allowing you to sell specific products in each of your stores.

Wine Clubs

From this webstore, you can choose which Wine clubs you want to keep active. This feature allows you to have specific clubs for each of your stores.

Reservations

You can choose which of your Reservation Tasting Room Locations will be active on this webstore. This feature allows you to display only specific reservation options, which is especially useful if you have multiple brands, each with its own tasting rooms.
