How does the webstore integration work?

Reminder: ‘Website’ refers to the primary domain and website that you manage and host. ‘Webstore’ refers to the pages built by Orderport to match your website.

In order to integrate the Orderport webstore pages into your main website, you will have to access your main website’s editor, builder, or administrative panel. You will add the webstore links throughout your website.

Common integration examples:

➢ SHOP

What is the difference between the webstore and website?

All wineries using the OrderPort eCommerce platform will have both a webstore and a website.

Your main website is hosted on your winery's domain, while the webstore is hosted on OrderPort's secure eCommerce servers.

Your winery's team will build and manage your main website. OrderPort’s team will build and manage the webstore.

At this moment in time, the ability to utilize OrderPort’s webstore is reliant on having a fully completed main website. Our development team will reference your website in order to build seamless pages for your storefront, checkout, and account portal. This is the case for all OrderPort webstores, regardless of whether it is a standard or hybrid build.
