Account Page

- The Account page on OrderPort Five is how you can view information about specific customers.

- To find a customer select the blue Search Customer button. If they have an account the name, email, phone number, customer class, and birthday fields will populate. 

- If you need to make adjustments to customers’ accounts you can do so here. Most information is stored under the Customer details button.

- To edit their club membership, view recent orders and products purchased, or add account notes select the Customer details button.

- To Edit the card on file, address or view order history select the associated value. 

- You can also start an order from here with the blue Start Order button in the bottom right.

 

Sign up from Club Page

1. When you select the club tab, it will request that you enter and email. This will search for an associated account. If there is not one, it will create one.

2. Fill out the Fields in step 1. All fields are required. 

3. Select the club on step 2.

4. Choose a delivery method for step 3. If you choose shipping, you will be requested to enter in the shipping address.

5. Select a Payment method. If you choose to add a card a billing address will be required.

6. Select the green join club button.

 

Consumer account creation

1. When you have a guest order, after checkout is complete on the receipt selection page it will ask you if you want to create an account.

2. Enter in the required information and any additional fields.

3. From this screen the customer can also select where they heard about the winery.

4. Click Finish
