The account module is the area where you can review your company details, service plan, payment card information on file, and all invoices that have been billed to your account.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Company Information

This section contains your company name, address, and primary contact information that OrderPort staff can use to reach you. Additionally, you have the option to enable the following tools: CAPTCHA, SSL, Abandoned Cart Emails, and Cookie Consent Banners.

CAPTCHA is a system that distinguishes human users from bots, filtering out spam to secure your website data.

SSL stands for “Secure Sockets Layer.” It establishes an encrypted connection between a web server and a browser, ensuring all data remains private. OrderPort already implements secure and encrypted connections on pages that include personal information, but if you wish for every page of your webstore to have this feature (“https://” instead of “http://”), please select this option.

Service Plan

This tab provides details about your current plan with OrderPort. It will display which tools are included in your plan and the monthly fee your winery is currently paying. If you have any questions about modifying your plan, reach out to

OrderPort’s billing department.

Invoices

This tab is where you can access your monthly PDF invoices.  These invoices can be referenced if you need to know what charges were applied during a specific month.

Card On File

If your business pays its monthly invoices using a credit card, this tab allows you to verify the card on file that is being billed.

This is also where you can update your payment details if your credit card information changes. If you need to change the billing address, please contact Traci@orderport.net with the updated address.

Notes

This tab will contain service notes related to your account.  These will be utilized by OrderPort to maintain a record of communications between your business and support personnel.

FAQ's

Do all $0 orders count towards our order limit and entail the additional order charges after?

Samples, donations, refunds, and order edits are not counted towards your transaction number. However, if you do a $0 transaction outside of those qualifications, it does count.

What is my primary contact used for?

OrderPort will use your company information and primary contact for communication and billing.
