
Terms of Use and California Consumer Privacy Act Compliance
For compliance purposes, your webstore must display a 'Terms of Use' statement. These terms will appear when a customer places an order or books a reservations on the webstore. You can also enable the 'Cookies Consent' banner.
Customizing text for Terms of Use page
Log on to OrderPort Admin > Services > Open the 'Webstore Designer' module. If you do not have access to the Webstore Designer module, please contact your admin to update your user access. You can also call 206-464-1151 to receive assistance from the OrderPort Helpdesk.
Open the Webstore Designer module. Click on the 'Terms of Use' folder tab on the left. Then, click the 'Edit' button at the top of the window.

On the right, click 'Zones' and then select 'ColumnLeft - Op Text'

Add your terms of use statement to the main text box. Once completed, click the 'Save and Publish' button on the top left.

After the Terms of Use text is updated, below are the steps to enable the Cookie Consent banner.
Enabling Cookies Consent Banner
Go to the Account Settings module in OrderPort Admin or under Settings -> Account if you are on the new OrderPort admin interface.

Enable the cookies consent banner and Save Changes.

Afterwards, the below banner will appear on your web store.

If you do not have any existing Terms of Use, you can use the example statement pasted below. Read through the statement for accuracy, fill it out your own information, and then follow the instructions above to add it to the webstore. Or, you can also send the updated statement to HelpDesk@OrderPort.net and our team will get the terms added for you.

Information collected on our website is used to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product and company news with you. This information will only be used by Your Winery Name, and in limited cases by Your Winery Name service providers who are subject to confidentiality agreements and who share Your Winery Name commitment to protecting your privacy and data.

Your shopping experience, including your personal and payment information, is safe and secure. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We use the latest encryption technologies, rigorous password protections, and stringent limits on the number of people who have access to your information, all to guard against unauthorized access to the data.
Delivery Policies
Wine sold to you is sold in Your State and title passes to you, the buyer, in Your State. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
Return and Credit Card Refund Policies
Your Winery Name guarantees the highest quality of all our wines. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
