Terms of Use and California Consumer Privacy Act Compliance
Before having the Cookies consent enabled, you would first need to customize the text on the Terms of Use Page or update the URL for the Terms of Use URL if you have an existing page.
Customizing text for Terms of Use Page
Log on to OrderPort Admin.
Click on the Site Manager or Webstore Designer module under your list of services.
Note: If you do not see this, that would relate to your access permissions. Please contact your admin or OrderPort support to enable your user access to this module.
Click on Terms of Use on the left. Afterwards, click on Edit on the top left.
On the top right click on Zones and then ColumnLeft - Op Text.
Edit your text and afterwards click on Save and Publish on the top left to publish your changes.

Delivery Policies
Wine sold to you is sold in Your State and title passes to you, the buyer, in Your State. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
Return and Credit Card Refund Policies
Your Winery Name guarantees the highest quality of all our wines. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Customize Terms of Use URL:
Below are the steps on updating the Terms of Use URL, if it already exists on your main site and you just want it linked on OrderPort web store.
Log on to OrderPort Admin and Select the Site Manager/Webstore Designer module.
Click on Edit on the top left.
Click on the Pages tab and change the URL for the Terms of Use Page. Click on Save and publish on the top left.
After the Terms of Use text is updated, below are the steps to enable the Cookie Consent banner.
Enabling Cookies Consent Banner
Go to the Account Settings module in OrderPort Admin or under Settings -> Account if you are on the new OrderPort admin interface.
Enable the cookies consent banner and Save Changes.
Afterwards, the below banner will appear on your web store.
