Where Can I Find System Notifications?
The list of system notifications is available in the Marketing module. Even if you do not use the Marketing module for campaigns and email lists, the system notifications will still be available to you. Once the Marketing module is open, you will see a link at the top of the page called Notifications. Click this and you will be redirected to the list of active system notifications.
The list will include emails such as order confirmations, change of customer information confirmations, password reset emails, etc. These can be edited by wineries to reflect the language and information that they would like the customers to receive. There is also an option to receive alerts when a notification goes out. In the editing screen, a winery employee can decide which employees will receive alerts when notifications go out. These alerts can be helpful in see the customer activity on a day-to-day basis.
