Usage
- This Page shows you a breakdown of what you can expect to be billed for during the current month. Refer to this tab if you have questions about your billing. Contact helpdesk@orderport.net and a Customer Success representative will reach out to you.
Send Message
- This tab allows you to send a text message to a customer from the admin page.
1. Enter the Phone number(s) you wish to send a custom message too.
2. Include any links in the media URL field.
3. Type your message into the box and send.
Messages
-This tab provides you with logs of text messages that have been sent to customers. Use the search filter to see a specific message.
-Hover over the file icon to see the content of the message.
Configuration
- This page shows you a breakdown of your settings. If you have questions about these contact helpdesk@orderport.net.
-Under location, you will see a templates option. Here you can customize the 3 templates we offer.
Thank you for your order – Send the customer a receipt after completing an order on the Point of sale.
Food is ready – Sent when the To Go order feature is being used and the food is ready to be picked up.
Table is ready – Sent from the point of sale when using the waitlist feature on the restaurant app.
