Getting Started
1. Select the OrderPort Restaurant app on your tablet or mobile device.
2. Enter in the Username and Password. Then enter your unique Pin.
3. Select the Tasting Room you are located in.
4. If you have your printer and cash drawer set up, select the one you wish to use.
5. Follow the Card Reader Pairing steps if necessary.
Starting an Order
1. Navigate to the Manage screen on the app.
2. Enter your customer’s name in the First Name field and hit the search button.
3. Select the customer’s name or the start button (if you cannot find the customer)
4. Depending on your settings, select the number of guests and seating area.
Shop Screen
1. Use the Groups in Purple or the search bar to find the desired product. Then select the desired course and guest that wants the product.
2. Add products to the Order by tapping on the green product name. To add multiple of the product tap and hold to Open up the Multiselect.
3. If a Product has modifiers available you will see the Add modifier button populate.
4. The Use Wine Menu button allows you to switch between the restaurant and winery catalog.
Checkout Without Electronic Signature
1. Club and Case Discounts will be automatically applied.
2. For additional discounts select quick discounts, Promo codes, coupon codes, or tap and hold a product to apply a custom discount.
3. Select Payment Type
4. If Credit or Card on file was selected the Printer will automatically print a customer and merchant copy of the receipt.
5. After the customer has returned the receipt select the close button on the payment and enter in the tip value.
Checkout Electronic Signature
1. Club and Case Discounts will be automatically applied.
2. For additional discounts select quick discounts, Promo codes, coupon codes, or tap and hold a product to apply a custom discount.
3. Select Payment Type
4. Then turn the iPad to face the customer where they will select tip and sign.
5. The order will automatically close.
